Quality Assurance Specialist

Descrizione del ruolo

Il Quality Assurance Specialist è un membro del team di Quality Assurance di Logista. Il tuo compito sarà di contribuire alla definizione, implementazione e monitoraggio dei Sistemi di Gestione della Qualità (SGQ) per garantire la qualità dei nostri servizi.

Responsabilità
  • Definire e documentare le procedure operative standard (SOP) e le politiche relative al controllo della qualità;
  • Garantire che le SOP vengano regolarmente aggiornate;
  • Implementare le azioni e gli step necessari allo sviluppo di SGQ aziendali;
  • Valutare i processi operativi per identificare aree per il miglioramento e l'ottimizzazione delle attività svolte;
  • Pianificare e condurre audit di prima e seconda parte per valutare la conformità dei processi;
  • Fornire supporto al network durante gli audit di terze parti subiti da parte di organi ispettivi/certificativi e da parte dei clienti.
Requisiti
  • 2-3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi;
  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Conoscenza della lingua spagnola è considerata un plus;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office (in particolare di Excel, Power Point).
