ROLE OVERVIEW AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Copywriter focused on consumer engagement, you will adopt a holistic approach to content creation. Your contributions will be vital in shaping creative briefs, identifying necessary assets for cross-channel campaigns, and ensuring a unified tone of voice across various platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and effective copy for websites, social media, newsletters, in-store displays, and digital tools.
  • Content Optimization: Perform copy evaluations and suggest enhancements based on performance metrics and specific channel KPIs (such as traffic, engagement, open rates, and conversions). Utilize A/B testing methods to explore innovative strategies.
  • Tone of Voice Management: Regularly update the brand's style guide to reflect the global brand direction. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and ensure content remains relevant.
  • Translation Coordination: Oversee and manage the agency responsible for translating copy across various languages and regions.

COLLABORATIVE NETWORK:

INTERNAL: Collaborate with content coordinators, graphic designers, and developers.

EXTERNAL: Engage with brand teams, creative teams, e-commerce business teams, UX teams, product teams, CRM teams, social teams, performance marketing teams, and ISCE teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Proficient in German (mandatory) – native or bilingual (C2 level).
  • Knowledge of English (preferred) – native or bilingual (C2 level).
  • Educational background in Journalism, Copywriting, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in copywriting, both editorial and commercial; familiarity with digital channels and e-commerce is advantageous.
  • A holistic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Capacity to manage multiple writing and editing projects concurrently.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
