ROLE OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES:
As a Copywriter focused on consumer engagement, you will adopt a comprehensive approach to content creation. Your role will involve contributing to creative briefs by conceptualizing the necessary assets for cross-channel campaigns. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple platforms, crafting compelling and effective copy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and effective text for websites, social media, newsletters, in-store materials, and digital tools.
- Content Enhancement: Perform copy reviews and suggest improvements based on performance metrics and specific channel KPIs (such as traffic, engagement, open rates, and conversions). Implement A/B testing to explore new strategies.
- Brand Voice Management: Regularly update the brand style guide to reflect the tone of voice in alignment with global branding strategies. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and ensure content remains relevant.
- Translation Coordination: Oversee and manage the agency responsible for translating copy across various languages and regions.
INTERACTION NETWORK:
INTERNAL: Content coordinators, graphic designers, developers.
EXTERNAL: Brand teams, creative teams, e-commerce teams, UX teams, product teams, CRM teams, social media teams, performance marketing teams, and ISCE teams.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German (C2 level) is essential.
- Proficiency in English (C2 level) is advantageous.
- Educational background in Journalism, Copywriting, or related fields.
- Experience in copywriting, with a focus on editorial and commercial content; experience in digital channels and e-commerce is a plus.
- A holistic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Capability to manage multiple writing and editing projects concurrently.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in managing projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
