Job Title: Signaling Project Manager - Validation

We are seeking an experienced Signaling Project Manager - Validation to join our team at Alstom. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of major Signaling projects with a focus on validation and commissioning.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the complete validation strategy, developing a unified view covering early factory activities to final site acceptance.
  • Liaise with System Deployment and Integration Manager and project teams to build a robust migration path.
  • Discuss and agree the validation strategy with Safety and Cybersecurity Assurance managers.
  • Drive and support teams in charge of verifications, lab testing, and site operations, ensuring customer commitments in full respect of team security.
  • Share the overall validation status with core teams, support implementation of the strategy, and planning agreed with V&V and T&C teams.
Requirements:
  • Good analytical skills and previous experience in Test & Commissioning (T&C) or V&V activities for Signaling projects are required.
  • Experience of management by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives.
  • Deep knowledge of multiple subsystems and a system global view.
  • Capability of interfacing from technical and managerial perspectives with internal and external stakeholders.
