About the Role

Farfetch is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team at our outlet store in Serravalle. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finalize sales targets achievements in line with company strategy
  • Use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the store
  • Contribute to build teamwork by sharing information and best practices
  • Uphold respect for the company standards and procedures
  • Keep stock info updated and follow store-to-store transfer request procedures
  • Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards
  • Identify and evaluate strengths and areas for improvements based on observation and measurable results
  • Give feedback to obtain performance improvement
  • Guarantee that all procedures are properly followed when SM or ASM are not present
  • Perform key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
  • Support the task assignment to the team following the daily working plan and monitoring the shop floor

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience in luxury brands (minimum 5 or more years of experience)
  • In-depth collections knowledge in terms of technical and stylistic aspects, ability to effectively present the collections inspiring customers
  • Ability to work closely with Store Management to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and build loyalty
  • Team player mindset
  • Exhibit positivity, listen and provide support to colleagues
  • Ability to interact in a multicultural environment
