Dining Room Operations Manager

In this role, you will assist the Dining Room Manager in overseeing efficient food and beverage operations in assigned outlets. This includes ensuring productivity, quality, and guest service standards are met.
Team LeadershipYou will interact with guests to verify that service is following company standards, promoting customer satisfaction daily. Additionally, you will personally train, motivate, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to your team to help them achieve sales goals.
Financial PerformanceYou will review revenue figures to meet sales targets and implement solutions to increase sales. You will also handle the dining room reservation system and oversee service, taking charge of opening and closing for designated areas.
Dietary Needs and SafetyYou will help guests with dietary needs by checking the menu with the Chef to ensure their requirements are respected. You will also supervise cleaning, maintenance, and food waste sorting, keeping outlets compliant with HACCP/USPH standards.
Qualifications and Requirements- An upper secondary school diploma (preferably hotel school or equivalent) or higher is required.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience on cruise ships in a similar management position or high-volume restaurants in 4/5-star hotels is necessary.
- You must be Guest-focused, service-oriented, with a positive personality, professional appearance, and impeccable hygiene standards.
- Excellent knowledge of Public Health Policies and experience leading multicultural teams are essential.
- Fluency in English at least B2 level and German/Italian languages at least B1 level is required.
