La risorsa inserita nel ruolo di Customer Service Representative, a riporto del Internal Sales Team Leader, si occuperà di:

  • Supporto alle vendite e partecipazione ai meeting con i clienti per garantire la soddisfazione dei loro bisogni.
  • Definizione e stesura delle offerte di vendita personalizzate per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti.
  • Aggiornamento delle anagrafiche cliente per garantire la precisione e l'efficienza dei processi di vendita.
  • Verifica di conformità di tutti i dettagli della documentazione di vendita per garantire la qualità e l'accuratezza dei prodotti.
  • Gestione dell'intero iter degli ordini di vendita per garantire la soddisfazione dei clienti e la crescita delle vendite.
  • Assistenza ai clienti per risolvere eventuali problemi e garantire la soddisfazione dei loro bisogni.
  • Confronto continuo con gli altri dipartimenti interni e la produzione per garantire la comunicazione efficace e la sincronizzazione dei processi.
  • Risoluzione di eventuali non conformità e reclami per garantire la soddisfazione dei clienti e la crescita delle vendite.
  • Follow up clienti per tenerli costantemente aggiornati sui progressi e le novità.
  • Reportistica per analizzare i dati e ottimizzare i processi di vendita.

Si ricerca esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Customer Service, maturata in realtà operanti nel settore Sistemi di tenuta/guarnizioni o affini, o in alternativa maturata su prodotti industriali.

La conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese rappresenta un requisito necessario per i quotidiani contatti con l'headquarter all'estero.

Si richiede l'ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office e in particolare di Excel.

Completano il profilo attitudine commerciale, proattività, precisione, forte attitudine al team working e a lavorare per obiettivi.

Ticket 8 €/giorno nei giorni in presenza in ufficio.

39 ore settimanali.

Orario:

- dal lunedì al giovedì 8:30-17:30

- venerdì 8:30-16:30.
