About Art'otel

We like to do things differently. Our guests come to us for something that goes beyond their usual hotel expectations, so we're looking for a Sales Leader who will identify and qualify potential leads, securing business opportunities for our new art-inspired hotel.

Job Description

You will discuss and agree key objectives with your line manager, supporting your department's goals and priorities. You will take responsibility for your own development, embracing training opportunities while learning from challenges and mistakes.

Your Approach

You will be a leader, supervising and supporting the Sales team and their development goals. You will switch between being proactive and reactive, driving incremental business into the hotel through multiple revenue streams, segments & industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, lead, and materialize commercial strategies to maximize revenues and upsell
  • Contribute to creating a stellar reputation for our hotel, promoting it, building loyalty, and interaction
  • Identify commercial initiatives and opportunities to drive exposure, bookings, and covers for the hotel and its outlets
  • Liaise with the hotel Team to support commercials goals of the hotel
  • Develop and implement sales strategy to effectively manage all sales channels, utilize on-property resources, and leverage above-the-property sales engines
What You Bring

You will have a solid understanding of competitors' products and venues, using this as a springboard to establish and adjust our selling strategy. You will be confident in creating strong links with all our hotel's departments to achieve commercial objectives, targets, KPIs, and budgets.
