International Dental Sales Leader

Our team in Italy is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join a global market leader and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned revenue goals, managing resources, and aligning regional sales objectives with company strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving/exceeding budgeted sales quotas while meeting annual expense targets
  • Managing the sales plan for the area, proposing solutions to improve sales results, and guiding employees to achieve assigned goals
  • Developing accurate regional analysis of territory and customers, establishing productive relationships with key stakeholders, and coordinating regional sales meetings

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in multinational companies, preferably in the dental industry
  • Bachelor's degree or college education
  • Knowledge of English and computer tools
  • Excellent skills in managing agency contract sales representatives, knowledge of sales and territory management techniques, results orientation, public speaking skills, and strong interpersonal skills
