On behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, Jefferson Wells is seeking a Salesforce Effectiveness Manager to join their Business Operations Department. This role will be responsible for leading the early identification and comprehension of Salesforce dynamics and opportunities, supporting the organization in the preparation of strategic and budget analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Salesforce Effectiveness Analysis: Identify and comprehend Salesforce dynamics and opportunities, supporting the organization in the preparation of strategic and budget analysis.
- Manage Incentive Plans: End-to-end management of the Field Force (FF) incentive plan.
- Manage Territory Allocation: Manage territory allocation and ad-hoc KPI and reports.
- Point of Contact: Be the point of contact for the territory manager.
- Data Management: Manage data from different data sources: internal data (CRM, omnichannel, performance KPI dashboards,...) and external databases, facilitating data storytelling through the flexible integration of multiple sources.
- Business Questions: Contribute to the framing of business questions, identifying/integrating data sources, and applying analytical methods to answer the questions.
- Functional Specifications: Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications.
- Training and Knowledge Development: Integrate analytical knowledge and skills with company tools and processes, supporting the training and knowledge development of the teams.
- Reporting and Analytics: Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Quick Data Shaping: Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Key Reports: Work on developing and maintaining key reports such as SFE analysis for channels (wholesalers, pharmacy, hospital), and targets with a focus on the competition.
- Territory Sales Performance Analysis: Focus on Territory sales performance analysis (call plan, call frequency, coverage) and field force target achievement analysis (objectives).
- Support Business Decision Process: Support the business decision process and build and run appropriate KPI reports to effectively monitor FF performance.
- Data Providers and Vendors: Manage internal and external data providers and vendors to deliver impactful business insights, while managing budget, timelines, and stakeholder inputs.
- Product Forecasting: Facilitate the product forecasting process with the brand team and cross-functional teams.
- Performance Management and Business Review Meetings: Support the performance management and business review meetings with analytics.
- Cross-Functional Synergies: Collaborate with the global team as well as other teams to leverage cross-functional synergies and share best-practices.
- Data Evangelist: Act as data evangelist throughout the whole company hierarchy.
- Market Research Planning and Execution: Support market research planning and execution.
- Presentation to C-Suite and Middle Management: Present to C-suite and middle management reports and business insights.
- Permanent Role, Quadro Level: This is a permanent role, Quadro level.
