Job Title: Primo Barman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Primo Barman to join our team at the Anglo American hotel, a Curio Collection by Hilton 5*. As a Primo Barman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, while maintaining a high level of knowledge about wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks to guests
  • Maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs, and specialty drinks
  • Supervise the bar service to ensure a high-quality, efficient beverage service
  • Communicate with the kitchen and guests to ensure a smooth and memorable experience
  • Deliver a five-star luxury lifestyle service experience
  • Lead the bar team on day-to-day duties and support the wider F&B Management team with daily operational tasks
  • Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage pouring practice, cocktail mixing, and up-selling

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol in line with local legislative requirements
  • Personal license is desirable
  • College degree in Hotel Management
  • Strong abilities spoken and written in Italian and English are required
