About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Club General Manager to lead our luxury resort in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the member experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with ownership to manage costs and develop business plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, employees, and external partners to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Club General Manager in a high-end luxury resort or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow through on tasks and projects.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management principles.
