About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Club General Manager to lead our luxury resort in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results in high-end hospitality and golf operations. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving member satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve member satisfaction
  • Lead a high-performing team of hospitality and golf professionals
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operations and cost control
  • Collaborate with ownership and stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in luxury hospitality and golf operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in luxury hospitality or golf operations
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in high-end hospitality and golf operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with ownership, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
