Job Title: Global Market Intelligence Lead

Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Global Market Intelligence Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving market research and competitive intelligence initiatives to inform business strategies and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement market research strategies to gather insights on global and regional market trends, challenges, and regulatory developments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external research agencies and vendors to ensure research practices adhere to industry standards and ethics.
  • Lead the development of market research projects, including designing research studies, overseeing execution, and communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business strategies and drive customer-centric thinking.
  • Manage the market research budget and ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred with 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in designing, leading, and performing market research.
  • Proven experience in launching and managing successful insight projects and platforms.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous and changing environments while successfully delivering on required outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills in developing high-impact briefing material to craft and articulate compelling, customer-centric recommendations.
  • Strong team ethos and ability to influence and inspire within as well as outside a large organization.
