About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our CRS Sales Team, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to growing the CRS business, including Credit Solutions, Risk Solutions, and Third Party Risk. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling new CRS products to existing and new clients in the Financial Institutions segment, driving revenue growth and expansion.

Responsibilities and Impact
  • Meet individual growth goals through selling new CRS products and services.
  • Build and execute on a book of business/territory strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Research, develop, and execute on prospecting and other initiatives to engage with prospects in collaboration with the Market Development and Marketing teams.
  • Adopt a structured and disciplined approach to tracking activity, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Market Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Client Support teams.
  • Mentor junior members of the sales organization.

  • A strong commercial mindset and prior experience selling to credit personas in Financial Institutions.
  • A genuine interest in and ability to learn about credit workflows and personas, developing industry-specific knowledge necessary for credible diagnostic conversations.
  • Strong communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in meetings, presentations, and dealing with prospects and customers remotely and in person.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving to drive solutions that address client needs with the CRS suite of solutions.
  • Collaboration with sales teams and other stakeholders across the CRS business and across Market Intelligence to identify and drive synergy and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Five + years relevant experience.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and using CRM systems.
