About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Credit and Risk Solutions team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Financial Institutions segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meet individual growth goals and quotas through selling new Credit and Risk Solutions products into existing and new clients in Financial Institutions.
  2. Build and execute on a book of business/territory strategy and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  3. Research, develop, and execute on prospecting and other initiatives to engage with prospects in collaboration with the Market Development and Marketing teams.
  4. Adopt a structured and disciplined approach to tracking activity, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting.
  5. Adopt a customer-focused, diagnostic selling approach.
  6. Identify and develop revenue synergy and cross-sell opportunities.
  7. Build and maintain a knowledge of current industry and economic events impacting our clients and the relevance of our products, becoming seen as a credit expert amongst your peers and clients.
  8. Partner closely with other internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Market Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Client Support teams.
  9. Mentor junior members of the sales organization.

Basic Required Qualifications:
  1. A strong commercial mindset. Prior experience selling to, speaking to, or interacting with credit personas in Financial Institutions is an advantage.
  2. A genuine interest in and ability to learn about credit workflows and personas, developing the industry-specific knowledge necessary to have credible diagnostic conversations.
  3. Strong communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confidence in meetings, presentations, and dealing with prospects and customers remotely and in person.
  4. Creative thinking and problem-solving to drive solutions that address client needs with the Credit and Risk Solutions suite of products.
  5. Collaboration with sales teams and other stakeholders across the Credit and Risk Solutions business and across Market Intelligence to identify and drive synergy and cross-sell opportunities.
  6. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  7. Five + years relevant experience.
  8. Highly proficient in MS Office and using CRM systems.
