Siamo alla ricerca di un professionista motivato e dinamico per ricoprire il ruolo di Donor Care Specialist presso la nostra Fondazione.
Responsabilità:- Gestire e sviluppare le relazioni con i donatori regolari attraverso comunicazioni regolari via email e telefono.
- Supportare l'implementazione di strategie per migliorare l'esperienza dei donatori e favorire la loro fidelizzazione.
- Monitorare e analizzare le interazioni con i donatori per garantire la qualità del servizio e identificare opportunità di miglioramento.
- Collaborare con il team di fundraising per garantire coerenza nelle comunicazioni e nelle attività di raccolta fondi.
- Gestire delle chiamate in entrata e in uscita: Accogliere le chiamate dei donatori, rispondere alle loro domande e fornire informazioni chiare e complete sui progetti di Dynamo Camp.
- Acquisizione di nuovi donatori: Condurre campagne di telemarketing mirate per identificare e reclutare nuovi donatori individuali e aziendali.
- Aggiornamento della banca dati: Mantenere aggiornato il database dei donatori, assicurando l'accuratezza dei dati e il rispetto della privacy.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali, sia scritte che verbali.
- Empatia e sensibilità: Capacità di comprendere le esigenze dei donatori e di trasmettere l'importanza della causa di Dynamo Camp.
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e rispettare le scadenze.
- Attitudine al problem-solving e orientamento al risultato: determinazione e passione per raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati.
- Familiarità con i principali strumenti informatici e software di gestione donatori è considerata un plus;
- Pregressa esperienza in ruolo simile, preferibilmente in ambito no-profit è considerata un plus.
- Un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e dinamico, con la possibilità di fare la differenza nella vita di molti bambini e famiglie.
- Un contratto part-time a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga, in base alle necessità dell'organizzazione e alla performance.
- Opportunità di crescita e formazione professionale all'interno della Fondazione.
