The Opportunity

We are seeking an Assistant Buyer to join our Buying team in Brugherio, Italy. As an Assistant Buyer, you will provide creative and administrative support to the Buyer in developing product ranges to meet sales, margin, and stock targets within a specific product/category area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update vendor information, including company profiles, logos, positioning, contact persons, and guest/expert details.
  • Manage vendor contracts and communicate product purchase characteristics for the order process.
  • Oversee sample management from reception to return.
  • Provide business information on guest availability and inform vendors of changes to the product availability list.
  • Perform data entry activities related to products on the internal program.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Trend awareness and passion for product development.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
  • Fluent English language skills.
