Your Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to contribute to our mission. In this role, you will be an integral part of our diverse international team, currently composed of over 25 dedicated professionals from various backgrounds and countries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fellow Project Managers to ensure project alignment
  • Provide support across multiple departments
  • Organize and plan project workflows effectively
  • Conduct on-site inspections
  • Work closely with subcontractors and external partners
  • Monitor budget adherence and contract compliance
  • Assist during client engagements

Candidate Profile:

You are an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • A Bachelor's or preferably a Master's degree in management engineering
  • Over 5 years of experience in a shipyard setting
  • Proven leadership experience with successful project outcomes
  • Strong understanding of system integration in marine applications
  • A genuine passion for boats and yachts (boating license is a plus)
  • Basic proficiency in CAD software (Rhino, AutoCAD)
  • Ability to interpret 2D and 3D production drawings
  • Capacity to work independently and in an organized manner
  • Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and dependability
  • A creative approach to problem-solving
  • A solutions-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • A hands-on approach to tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, with MS Teams experience being advantageous
