Your Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to contribute to our mission. In this role, you will be a vital part of our dynamic international team, currently comprising over 25 dedicated professionals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with fellow Project Managers
  • Provide support across various departments
  • Organize and plan project workflows
  • Conduct on-site inspections
  • Work closely with subcontractors and external partners
  • Monitor budget adherence and contract compliance
  • Assist during client engagements

Qualifications:

You will be an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • A Bachelor's or preferably a Master's degree in management engineering
  • Over 5 years of experience in a shipyard setting
  • Proven leadership experience with successful project delivery
  • Strong understanding of system integration in marine contexts
  • A genuine passion for boating and yachts (boating license is a plus)
  • Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, AutoCAD)
  • Ability to interpret 2D and 3D production drawings
  • A structured and independent work approach
  • Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and dependability
  • A creative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • A hands-on approach to tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (experience with MS Teams is advantageous)
