Electrical Foreman

SILENT-YACHTS is a pioneering company in the yachting industry, introducing a new era of solar-powered luxury catamarans. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in Fano, Italy.

About the Role

As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical systems, planning and executing work, conducting inspections and controls, and collaborating with the production manager and technical department.

Responsibilities
  • Team coordination and planning
  • Work execution and quality control
  • Inspections and maintenance
  • Collaboration with production manager and technical department
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman with:

  • 7-10 years of experience in luxury shipbuilding
  • Leadership experience and team management skills
  • Experience with electrical propulsion systems
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passion for boats and yachts (boating license is an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian (English language skills are beneficial)
