About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Education Graduate to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our Medical Education team, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization of proctoring activities across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Your Responsibilities

As a Medical Education Graduate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the organization of proctoring activities, including planning, logistics, and travel arrangements.
  • Managing proctoring days requests and proctors' availability across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
  • Contributing to accelerating the exit of doctors in training, in compliance with regulatory rules.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the management of a pool of proctors, including establishing contracts, administrative documentation, and follow-up on invoices.
  • Ensuring logistics and communication when organizing meetings/sessions involving proctors.
  • Preparing monthly KPI reporting.

You will also be responsible for following up on HCP certification in eCare Platform, including updating physicians' information, collecting and reporting discrepancies, and bugs in eCare.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with a Bachelor or Master's degree in Communication, Sales & Marketing, or related fields. Experience in Medical Device Industry is a plus. You should be fluent in English and have 1-2 years of experience with event organization or coordination. You should also have a process development and optimization mindset, good knowledge and confidence in Office package, customer-facing experience, and professionalism in communication with high-level stakeholders.
