About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important restaurant partners in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners to drive business growth and profitability.
- Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support, leveraging your expertise in account management and consulting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns professionally and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or consulting, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
- A Master's Degree in Economy or a related field.
