As a Sales Assistant Full Time at our flagship store in Milan, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
The successful candidate will possess significant experience in retail sales, preferably with a mid-to-high-end fashion brand. They will be passionate about fashion trends and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be a team player, with a strong ability to work collaboratively to achieve sales targets. A good command of English is essential for effective communication with customers from diverse backgrounds.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated €35,000-€45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as access to exclusive employee discounts, opportunities for professional development, and a dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling assistive services according to Liu Jo's customer experience standards, recommending products that align with current trends and customer needs;
- Implementing and retaining customer loyalty by providing personalized consultations;
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure floor replenishment and boost sales;
- Maintaining the visual image of the store according to company guidelines to ensure attraction; and
- Achieving personal and team sales targets through in-depth knowledge of collections and customers.
