Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Woolrich Europe Spa, you will play a key role in delivering a premium consumer experience and maximizing sales in our Milano store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with consumers to meet their product needs.
  • Maximize sales and exceed turnover targets through effective merchandising and presentation.
  • Be a strong presence on the shop floor and ensure visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times.
  • Run efficiently all store operations and ensure product is replenished and available to meet consumer needs.
  • Be a brand ambassador and product expert, providing consumers with the right product, fit, and style to meet their individual interests and goals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Previous work experience as Sales Assistant and/or Sales Support in a premium retail industry.
  • Understanding of visual merchandising approach.
  • Used to working on flexible opening hours.
  • Strong customer service skills and product knowledge required.
  • Fluent in English.
