We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Value Consultant to spearhead our mission of data-driven business transformation with our customers. As a trusted advisor, you will work in partnership with the Celonis Sales Teams and have full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of our customers.

The Role:

You will blend deep process and industry expertise with a proven consulting skill set to drive measurable business impact across various processes and industries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and framing value opportunities for our customers
  • Building demos and business cases to win new customers
  • Undertaking value assessments and communicating the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
  • Facilitating business value workshops and using Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement
  • Deriving improvement measures in core business functions and initiating improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives
  • Presenting results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives

The Qualifications:

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role with a focus on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment
  • Good knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools, and knowledge of Python and/or SQL
  • Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users/process owners to realize value
  • Project management experience, including planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and communicate value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management
  • Understanding of the finance and/or supply chain domain, as well as strategic transformation initiatives
