About the Role

Celonis SE is seeking a highly skilled Senior Value Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Value Engineer, you will play a critical role in spearheading our mission of data-driven business transformation with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Celonis Sales Teams to drive end-to-end value journey for customers
  • Work closely with customers to identify strategic priorities and develop high-impact Celonis use cases
  • Build demos and business cases to win new customers
  • Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
  • Realize Value by facilitating business value workshops and using Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement
  • Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
  • Scale Value by building a strategic expansion roadmap for customers and driving adoption and expansion
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role with a focus on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment
  • Experience in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a Business Software/SaaS Provider or a Consultancy
  • Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications, experience with implementing RPA and/or BI Tools, and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows
  • Knowledge of Python and/or SQL, experience in collaborating with IT teams, and process improvement value realization
  • Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, as well as executive stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain, as well as strategic transformation initiatives
