About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Manager to join our team in Rome. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance our brand image, promote our services, and maintain positive relationships with the media, influencers, and the community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop annual public relations plans aligned with our marketing objectives
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Create engaging press releases, media kits, and other written materials that highlight our unique offerings, events, and promotions
- Plan and execute media events, press conferences, and familiarization tours to showcase our amenities, culinary offerings, and guest experiences
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media metrics, and PR campaign effectiveness to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in public relations within Luxury Hospitality or luxury lifestyle industry
- Strong media relations skills with a demonstrated ability to secure high-impact coverage and cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute integrated PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
