Senior Human Resources Manager for Logistics Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our Logistics Operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to partner closely with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives in Logistics Operations.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to provide expert advice on employment law, personnel management, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to ensure compliance with Zalando's standards and SLAs.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and use data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to HR team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Relevant business partner experience (at least 7 years) including a proven track record of leading a team in a supply chain environment.
  • Strong capabilities in employment legislation, personnel management, and payroll.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytics and the ability to create people metrics and implement solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong consulting approach.
  • Business fluent in Italian and English (German is a plus).
