Welcome to the role of Beauty Sales Manager - Niche Brands at Puig Deutschland GmbH. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead our team in this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Beauty Sales Manager - Niche Brands, you will be responsible for:

  • Embracing the Niche Brands Experience and adhering to training guidelines and standards to reflect the brands' standards and image.
  • Consistently meeting individual sales goals by providing excellent customer service skills, great selling skills, and exhibiting motivation to succeed.
  • Demonstrating superior interpersonal and communication talents to ensure clear and effective communication with all management and staff.
  • Respecting and strictly following protocols to maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Following company policies, procedures, and using visual techniques to maintain visual standards.
  • Monitoring KPIs through specific analysis and reporting to the Niche Retail Manager.
  • Managing the requests and shifts of the Beauty Advisor Niche Team.
  • Maintaining the store by ensuring the selling floor is organized and visually appealing, including tasks such as:
    • Replenishing merchandise after selling.
    • Folding and placing merchandise on the correct hanger, tissue paper, etc.
    • Placing tickets inside the item and not visible to the customer.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a beauty luxury retail environment.
  • Italian and English fluency are mandatory, with other foreign languages being a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear and effective communication with all management and staff.
  • A proven track record of driving sales and meeting sales targets, preferably in niche environments.
  • Excellent customer service level and strong clienteling background.
