We're seeking a highly skilled Retail Lead who shares our vision and is ready to make a difference. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading our retail operations and driving sales growth.

  • Leadership: You'll lead a high-performing team of retail associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Sales Growth: You'll develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Operational Excellence: You'll ensure that all retail operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Requirements

  • Retail Experience: Minimum 12 months experience working in a retail environment, with advanced selling skills and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages, including MS Office.
