We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations PMO to facilitate MSC Cruises in a comprehensive global transformation of our Infrastructure & Operations initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Business and IT Program and Project Directors, ensuring that all programs are executed in alignment with established deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Partner with business and IT teams across various locations to establish and uphold governance, controls, tools, and standards within the Infrastructure & Operations sector;

· Develop, maintain, and enhance detailed project timelines, incorporating critical path analysis and evaluating changes;

· Design and implement communication strategies for IT Infrastructure & Operations initiatives, ensuring effective information flow among all program and project teams, key stakeholders, and vendors;

· Track progress against integrated program and project plans, overseeing the status reporting of all initiatives;

· Execute and manage the risk management framework for IT Infrastructure & Operations, addressing and facilitating the recovery of identified risks and issues;

· Supervise quality assurance for IT Operations & Infrastructure programs and projects, enforcing a structured phase-by-phase gate-keeping process;

· Ensure that the anticipated benefits of programs and projects are realized and monitored through key performance indicators (KPIs);

· Strategically plan projects to support program implementations;

· Organize necessary workshops and meetings to facilitate program success;

· Challenge existing processes while fostering strong relationships across the business and within IT Infrastructure & Operations delivery teams.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

· Proficiency in English (both oral and written), with an additional European language being advantageous;

· A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline;

· A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a leading consulting firm or within the IT department of large organizations;

· Extensive experience in hybrid cloud transformation and adoption programs and projects;

· Significant background in IT Operations transformations (including Agile, DevOps, AIOps, NoOps, etc.) and their respective adoption initiatives;

· Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with the ability to maintain a broad perspective;

· Proficient in change management and problem resolution, with a results-driven mindset;

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders;

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams while managing multiple programs and projects concurrently;

· Skilled in succinctly conveying complex information and concepts;

· Strong capabilities in collaboration, program and project management, process enhancement, and service improvement;

· Highly organized and self-motivated;

· Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities;
