RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee adherence to relevant standards and safety regulations for all products and equipment developed by the research and development team. Develop processes and methodologies to monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Conduct risk assessments and oversee the implementation of mitigation strategies in line with the established action plan and national regulations. Prepare and revise all technical documentation related to risk and compliance, including declarations of conformity. Execute compliance evaluations for new market entries and assist in discussions with regulatory authorities. Facilitate certification processes with national testing organizations. Utilize corporate requirements management tools, advocating for enhancements and improvements.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics. Experience and training in electrical safety compliance, with a preference for knowledge in type approval certifications. Familiarity with European directives for CE conformity (Low Voltage Directive, EMC, Radio Equipment Directive, Machinery Directive, RoHS, REACH). Proficient in risk assessment and mitigation as per EN ISO 12100 standards. Understanding of Eichrecht and MessEG/EV regulations is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Proficient in Italian and/or German, as well as English.OUR OFFERING
