About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Retail Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at Bottega Veneta S.R.L. in Milan. The successful candidate will work closely with the Retail Operations Manager Southern Europe to ensure the smooth operation of our retail stores in the Southern Europe Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stores regarding logistics, IT systems, and maintenance issues, and take prompt action to resolve them.
  • Coordinate and consolidate requests for supplies, uniforms, and equipment, and ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, process invoices, and maintain accurate records in collaboration with the Accounting department.
  • Serve as a liaison between stores and the Inventory Control department, providing support during inventory counts and ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the Security and H&S departments to implement policies, processes, and tools, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a previous experience in store operations being a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and establish strong credibility with team members and external resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with knowledge of Spanish being a plus.
  • Protected Category, according to Italian Law 68/99.
