Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Investment Controller to support our strategic project portfolio and investments at our headquarters in Ora, Bolzano.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Commercial support for the project portfolio and investments
  • Controlling and steering of ongoing projects, including target/actual comparisons and deviation analyses
  • Defining, developing, and maintaining project KPIs and dashboards
  • Establishing project management standards and processes, including investment proposals, monthly and annual reporting, and closing related to ongoing projects
  • Developing and implementing project management tools to enable effective cross-functional PM processes and tools
  • Training and coaching colleagues from Finance, Operations, and Staff Units
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, focused on Controlling
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project and investment controlling, ideally in a project-based multi-business unit environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and conceptual skills with a holistic understanding of project management and investment controlling
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art PM tools and underlying processes
  • Fluency in Italian and English; German is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
