Responsibilities:

Your Impact:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Production Efficiency: Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce lead times and increase efficiency.
  • Resource Management: Oversee raw materials and semi-finished products to ensure a smooth supply chain.
  • System Expertise: Utilize SAP to manage production orders and maintain an accurate graphical table.
  • Operational Analytics: Conduct regular OOH analysis and weekly statistics to provide valuable insights for improvement.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Manage customer relationships and collaborate with related departments to foster strong partnerships.
  • Packaging Excellence: Ensure packaging systems align with company standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Advanced Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Business-level English proficiency for effective communication.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in SAP and MS-Office for efficient data management.
  • Analytical Thinking: Apply analytical mindset to drive strategic planning and resource optimization.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate intercultural competence, strong team spirit, and relationship-building skills.
