About the Role:
Splendido Mare, a prestigious hotel, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to join its Front Office team. This role is a key position in ensuring seamless guest experiences and meeting the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
Key duties include greeting guests, coordinating efficient check-ins and check-outs, maintaining room status information, and resolving any guest complaints promptly. The Front Desk Manager will also supervise front office staff, train new team members, and implement quality assurance standards. Additionally, they will work closely with other departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably at an international level. Fluency in English and Italian is essential, with a third language also required. Knowledge of hotel management software and Microsoft Office is beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
