Position Summary:

The Senior NetSuite Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing the NetSuite platform to align with business objectives. This position involves implementing best practices and ensuring the effective utilization of NetSuite across various departments. The ideal candidate will enhance NetSuite functionalities to adapt to the changing requirements of the organization and provide comprehensive training to users, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate the NetSuite environment and integrated third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the configuration, development, and ongoing enhancement of NetSuite and associated third-party applications. Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment. Create customized workflows, records, forms, fields, and client-facing documents. Assist in maintaining and supporting integrations between NetSuite and other applications. Provide support for both new and existing customizations. Deliver ongoing technical support to NetSuite users. Ensure the integrity of NetSuite functionality and data, serving as the primary contact for NetSuite-related inquiries. Manage account settings, roles, access, profile creation, and security administration. Address end-user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards. Configure application behavior controls. Maintain effective communication across all organizational levels. Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Execute all tasks in accordance with established organizational procedures. Implement and uphold departmental policies and standards. Undertake project-based assignments as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent professional experience. Familiarity with NetSuite One World is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities. Development experience with NetSuite Workflows. Proficient in documenting processes and adhering to formal change control and performance monitoring policies. In-depth understanding of NetSuite functionalities. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines. Exercise sound judgment within established procedures to determine appropriate actions. Strong knowledge of project management standards and practices. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and self-motivated drive for success.
