We are seeking a highly motivated Motion Drive Sales Expert to join our team in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales of products within the Motion Drive product Division, aligning with our division strategy.

About the Role

You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicating value propositions to customers related to Low Voltage Drive, Medium Voltage Drive, System Drive, Motion, PLC, HMI, and Software.
  • Managing sales target volumes and product & solutions mix.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and developing new customers.
  • Ensuring your customers an unforgettable professional experience.
  • Analyzing different customers' needs to offer them customized solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Specialist.
  • Passion for sales and ability to establish good relationships with customers.
  • Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Nord Est Area: Friuli-Venezia Giulia), at least 3 days per week.
  • Knowledge of Drive products and experience with the direct market as OEM Machinery and Distributors.
  • Enhanced knowledge of Office and Salesforce (plus).
  • Possession of a technical diploma/degree in an Engineering field (mechanical/electrotechnical).
  • Comfortable communicating in Italian and English.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
