Your Role and Responsibilities
This role involves developing and implementing people strategies through the execution of HR processes. As an HR Generalist with Change Management Focus, you will partner with managers to provide HR support for a defined team or location. You will represent HR in the business and establish strong relationships with business leaders and employees.

Key Accountabilities
You will counsel, support and challenge business leaders to resolve issues and achieve objectives. You will support the People Strategy and lead the implementation of initiatives in the Santa Palomba location. Your responsibilities include ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business, supporting the execution of HR processes, assessing and promoting talent pipeline, and supporting change management initiatives. You will build a culture of accountability and high performance, supported by strong collaboration, recognition and trust. You will act as a point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit, proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes. You will build a strong business relationship with the internal client, lead negotiations and foster constructive working relationships with trade unions, and support the business through resources need/request management.
