About the Role:

We are seeking a Seasonal Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at The Mall - Leccio store. The Client Advisor will report to the Store Manager and be entrusted with the mission to advise clients on collections and share their passion for the brand to build strong relationships with them.

Main Responsibilities:

The Client Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Finalizing sales targets in line with Company strategy
  • Efficiently managing time to accomplish tasks assigned
  • Representing Bottega Veneta brand image
  • Creating an engaging and emotional client experience offering the best-in-class service
  • Collecting and updating client information to ensure efficient use of CRM
  • Embracing the clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationships with clients
  • Understanding luxury, the collections, and fashion trends
  • Working on silhouettes and bringing alternative items to get clients to discover more about the collection
  • Confidently advising clients on how to style the pieces
  • Keeping the stock tidy and knowing and monitoring stock deliveries and availabilities
  • Communicating in a timely manner out-of-stock merchandise and any other useful information
  • Knowing and applying company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Sales experience of 1-2 years preferably in Fashion & Luxury contexts
  • Excellent client service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to several types of Clients
  • Excellent communication and empathic skills
  • Good team player
  • Multitasking, flexible
  • Capacity to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment and able to build a strong and diversified client portfolio
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
