Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Services Financial Planning and Analysis Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a full P&L monitoring process and reports. You will also construct and simulate financial models, provide analysis, budget, and ROI calculation to support business plans and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a global reporting architecture for countries, customers, cost centers, and contracts.
  • Define and implement standard work processes for budgeting and reporting to gain efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights on the cost structure and performance regarding SLAs.
  • Support overall business growth, finance process improvements, and simplification, as well as meeting cost commitments.
  • Perform detailed analysis of financial results against forecasts and prior periods, raising early warning signals highlighting business risks based on trend and lead indicators.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to understand key risks and opportunities, ascertain root causes of variances, and provide support in determining actionable countermeasures.
  • Build and enforce a culture of compliance, ensuring 100% compliance with various GAAP and Alpitronic finance policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, with a focus on accounting and finance.
  • Several years of previous experience in a similar role, ideally in an international matrix company.
  • Strong business analytical skills and good interpretation of data.
  • Ability to see both the big picture and details.
  • Very strong prioritization and organizational skills, as well as managing multiple projects in parallel.
  • Capable of building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • High sense of integrity and compliance.
  • Excellent English language skills, German and/or Italian as a plus.
