Global Financial Planning and Analysis Controller

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and sustain a comprehensive P&L oversight process along with associated reporting.
  • Create and analyze financial models, providing insights, budgeting, and ROI assessments to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making for the service leadership team.
  • Establish a global reporting framework that encompasses various countries, customer cost centers, and contractual agreements.
  • Define and execute standardized procedures for budgeting and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Continuously track KPIs and deliver insights into cost structures and performance metrics related to service level agreements.
  • Contribute to overall business expansion, finance process enhancements, and simplification, while ensuring adherence to cost commitments.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of financial outcomes compared to forecasts and previous periods, identifying potential risks based on trends and leading indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key risks and opportunities, determining root causes of variances and proposing actionable countermeasures.
  • Foster a culture of compliance and take necessary actions to ensure adherence to various GAAP and internal finance policies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, specializing in accounting and finance.
  • Extensive experience in a similar capacity, preferably within an international matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a holistic view while also focusing on intricate details.
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in building trustworthy relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in German and/or Italian considered an advantage.
