Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team at AccorHotel. This is a full-time position that involves maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including fault repair and maintenance of equipment, plumbing, furniture, and lighting. They will also perform general tasks such as connecting equipment, installing locks and hinges, and conducting periodic maintenance. Additionally, they will be involved in carrying out installation work and ensuring accurate control of their work and workspace.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have building maintenance experience and a solid understanding of health & safety regulations and practices.
  • They will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as the candidate may be required to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A competitive salary package is on offer, including a base salary of $65,000 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
