Job Title: Global E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global E-Commerce Specialist to join our Digital Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying our global Digital Commerce Merchandising roadmap and developing best practices for local markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy the global Digital Commerce Merchandising roadmap and develop best practices for local markets.
  • Support local markets in achieving business objectives in e-commerce channels.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure maximum support for local/market teams.
  • Project manage initiatives to evolve existing digital commerce and Merchandising activities.
  • Operatively set up and drive global channel management and assist on accounts management.
Your Profile:
  • Economics degree.
  • 3+ years experience in similar roles (D2C, FMCG/CPG, Retail are strong advantages).
  • Commercially driven, solution oriented, and data-driven.
  • Sales, Operations, and Online channel management knowledge and experience.
  • Strong personality, proactive, and with good organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian; German is a plus.
