Job Title: Digital Commerce Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Expert to join our global Digital Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global digital commerce and merchandizing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive progression in the organization and empower local channel management and execution
  • Maximize the exploitation of digital sales tools and platforms to guarantee ROI and adoption
  • Project manage initiatives to evolve existing digital commerce and merchandizing activities
  • Operatively set up and drive global channel management
Requirements:
  • Economics degree
  • 3-5 years experience in similar roles with global-local setups (D2C, FMCG/CPG, Retail are strong advantages)
  • Commercially driven, solution-oriented, and data-driven
  • Sales, operations, marketing, and online channel management knowledge and experience
  • Strong personality, proactive, and with good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, German is a plus
