About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our global Digital Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global Digital Commerce & Merchandising growth strategies and roadmaps for local markets.
  • Identify and ensure best practices for local implementation to support successful end-to-end market execution.
  • Support local markets in achieving commercial success and business objectives in digital channels with different business models.
  • Deliver evolutionary and operational consultancy in the sales and merchandising area to local teams.
  • Collaborate with internal global teams to drive progression in the organization and local/market teams to empower local channel management and execution.
  • Maximize the exploitation of digital sales tools and platforms to guarantee ROI and adoption.
Requirements
  • Economics degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles with global-local setups (D2C, FMCG/CPG, Retail are strong advantages).
  • Commercially driven, solution-oriented, and data-driven.
  • Sales, operations, marketing, and online channel management knowledge and experience.
  • Strong personality, proactive, and with good organizational skills.
  • Highly committed talent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, German is a plus.
