We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Channels Specialist to join our team at Loacker. As a key member of our New Channels team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital sales channels strategy, ensuring alignment with our commercial and operational objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to develop and optimize our digital sales channels strategy
- Execute digital and promotional plans on our B2C and B2B stores, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives
- Analyze sales figures and identify opportunities for optimization across our digital channels, while monitoring costs and sales opportunities in the short and medium term
- Develop and analyze financial and business data to inform our digital sales channels strategy
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations, as well as best practices for our stores
- Maximize the Loacker UI/UX experience by monitoring actual and incoming channel-specific needs
- Support our consumer service by highlighting new automated flows and providing necessary information to solve e-commerce issues
- Act as the primary interface for our logistics department and third-party services, monitoring inventory levels and implementing corrective measures as needed
- E-commerce evangelist with a passion for digitalization
- Degree in economics, business management, and/or marketing, with a master's in digital marketing as an advantage
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, with previous experience in project management
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, CMS, or similar analytics tools
- Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP) and PIM systems (Product Information Management)
- Ability to develop and analyze financial and business data
- Fluent in English and Italian, with German as a plus
