Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Business Strategist to join our global Digital Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing best practices and guidelines to drive sales performance and achieve e-commerce objectives across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business reviews with market teams to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize digital sales channels and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with global teams to enhance local channel management and ensure seamless market execution.
  • Lead and support projects/initiatives to evolve digital commerce and merchandising activities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in E-commerce management or similar roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen, solution-oriented, and data-driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with German as a plus.
