About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global E-Commerce Specialist to join our Digital Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our global digital commerce strategy and executing our omnichannel approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy the global Digital Commerce Merchandising roadmap and develop best practices for local markets.
  • Support local market execution by implementing best practices and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with global teams to enhance local channel management and execution.
  • Project manage initiatives to evolve existing digital commerce and Merchandising activities.
  • Operatively set up and drive global channel management and assist with account management.
Requirements
  • Economics degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles (D2C, FMCG/CPG, Retail are strong advantages).
  • Commercially driven, solution-oriented, and data-driven.
  • Sales, operations, and online channel management knowledge and experience.
  • Strong personality, proactive, and good organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, German is a plus.
